No complains at all, had a fun stay for meetings and city trip. Greatly enjoyed our a nice size and well-equipped rooms, plus the staff was very professional. There was a lot of local options for continental breakfast. Its location was central, right next to Red Townhall.

Rooms were very clean, Staff was friendly and helpful
You must pay a security deposit of EUR 100 per room only with one window in the lobby with no fresh air, you have to pay 25 euros per person per day for breakfast. Garage parking is quite expensive for a guest € 22 per day.

view from the room was great.location was good. design of the hotel is very stylish and the staff were proffessional and friendly
the room was pretty small and the facilities at the hotel are limited.only one bar that was plonked in the main atrium. sent off to wander around alexanderplatz at night beacuse the one cash machine at the hotel was out of order.Mini bar does not make it clear that if you touch anything you will be charged. Not really a true 5 star hotel.

It's clean and simple. I spent two nights at the Adlon Hotel and was glad to be back at the Radisson. It's got a nice swimming pool. Room service was good and quick. The location, although very touristy is ok.
The room key cards!!!! Every single time! They kept telling me I should not put the card next to my mobile... Well, with 3 phones on me it's pretty hard not to mess up... I had to get my card re-programmed on a daily basis. The towels are very bad (ikea quality). Also, they do not have a total blackout... You get a little bit of light at night (for some of us, that might be a nightmare).

great access to museums and iconic landmarks for city strolls
during my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a short walk from the pergamonmuseum, super easy for me to enjoy exploring fantastic art and history, and the nearby reichstag building provided a fine view that was a must-see while I strolled along the streets.

Had good sleep at the collection queen room with balcony. The location was unbeatable and amazing, only 5 minutes walk to Rotes Rathaus Town Hall. And it was close to a U-Bahn station.

Great location with easy access to the city's attractions. The gym was a nice touch, and the aquarium view in our room was fascinating. After enjoying a delicious cocktail at the atrium bar, we spent a relaxing afternoon at the spa.
We did face some hiccups with breakfast timing. Arriving just before the cut-off felt rushed, and we didn't get a chance for a second cup of coffee.

Very modern hotel with good central location in West part of Berlin, excellent view from the room. Very good breakfast with big choice of things (but not cheap at all). Spa, choice of saunas. Friendly personnel.
Would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room as it usually done in other Radisson hotels. Breakfast is very good but quite expensive.
